Board Mission
The Board's mission is to enhance homeowner values and quality of neighborhood life through management of common areas, support of initiatives that strengthen bonds among residents, reasonable adherence to home association deed restrictions and investment in services and capital improvements that benefit the greater good.
We accomplish this by managing maintenance and improvement of common areas throughout the neighborhood and by contracting for various neighborhood services such as snow removal and for private security by off-duty Kansas City police officers. In addition, we host an annual business meeting in the spring, an annual neighborhood picnic each September and provide dumpster services twice a year.
